Where do you currently deliver?+
We currently deliver across Dubai (all areas: Downtown, Marina, Karama, Bur Dubai, Al Barsha, JLT, Business Bay, Deira, and more) and Abu Dhabi (Khalifa City, Al Reem Island, Corniche area). Sharjah and Ajman launching soon — sign up to be notified.
Are the home chefs licensed?+
Yes. Every chef on our platform is either operating under a Dubai SME home business licence (small-scale, verified by Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism), or partnered with one of our compliant cloud kitchen partners who hold full DM/ADAFSA food licensing. We verify all paperwork before a chef goes live.
How does subscription pricing work?+
You pay upfront for the month. Pause anytime for travel — unused days roll over. Cancel anytime with no fee. First-time customers get a 10% discount on the first month.
What if I have dietary restrictions?+
All chef profiles list ingredients, allergens, and dietary tags (Jain, vegan, gluten-free, diabetic-friendly, etc.). Filter chefs by your specific needs. Healthy Lite plan includes a 15-min diet consultation.
How do delivery and payment work?+
Delivery is by our logistics partner (typically 30-60 min, depending on chef-to-you distance). Payment is in AED — card, Apple Pay, or COD on first delivery for subscriptions.
I'm a home chef — how do I join?+
Apply via our chef onboarding form. We need: your Emirates ID, food handler's licence (or willingness to obtain one), photos of your kitchen, and 5-8 dishes for your menu. Average time from application to first order is 72 hours.
